Do you ever have days where everything seems to go wrong?

Do you experience a heavy energy, or feel stuck?

How does this impact your life? Your business?

It can be really hard to shift our energy out of this place… but don’t worry! We’ve got you!

In our podcast this week, we discuss where heavy energy comes from, and how to shift it, A Course in Miracles style ❀️

Because when we can operate from a compassionate and empowered mindset, we can create anything!

Cults and Extremists oh my!

Is A Course in Miracles a cult? Hmmm… not in my experience…

Tune into our podcast this week where we dive into this “extreme” topic and share which Netflix show inspired this episode!

We debunk what a cult is and how there really are opportunities for extremists everywhere.

But as always, its all about our intention.

Behind everything we do and everything we create. In business or life.

Is finding your “purpose” all it’s cracked up to be?

There’s a lot of hype these days about finding our life purpose… and quite honestly it can trip us up!

Finding our life purpose sounds magical, but to be honest it can be another ego-trap…

We definitely want to do what we love, but does it mean quitting your day job or even switching gears in your business as you go?

Not necessarily.

There is a ton of pressure to “find” our purpose.

Meaning we’re being taught to look outside of ourselves.

That’s the ego part.

Tune into our podcast this week where we share how to identify if you’re in your ego or not, A Course in Miracles style πŸ™‚

And also become aware of a super interesting way this shows up in in the personal development world, and how it has a bit of an “ick” factor.

Have an amazing weekend! We’re looking forward to celebrating our daughter’s 13th birthday today, July 4th with friends, and our son’s 16th birthday on the 7th! So much fun!

Ever shy away from hard conversations?

There probably isn’t one person who didn’t raise their hand!

This is such a tough one.

Why?

Because deep down we don’t want to feel like a bad person, and risk being shunned from the group.

And we also don’t want anyone else to feel badly either!

Sometimes it’s best to let things go, but sometimes it isn’t…

Particularly not when it’s something that will build resentment and cause a rift.

Plus…

The other person can usually feel something is off anyway!

So we may as well address the elephant 🐘 in the room and have those convo’s πŸ–€

It is truly freeing to not let the fear of these conversations hold you back.

Often it’s where the most healing lies…

We say we want to have success in life, and often it’s our relationships that get overlooked, when really they can provide the greatest opportunity to grow.

Whether it be in a personal or business context.

In our podcast this week we share some special tools that will help you have these harder conversations πŸ’™

Ever feel trapped?

Are you making a prison for yourself without even realizing it?

Do your thoughts keep you in a negative place?

Spinning.

Seeking reassurance.

Never trusting yourself or your decisions.

I see this all too often with business owners.

Always doubting themselves and never quite measuring up.

After studying A Course in Miracles for the last 15-years, I’ve learned the solution to personal imprisonment is forgiveness.

Forgiving ourselves and others.

I remember working with a client once who had plateaued in her business. It wasn’t until we did some deeper belief work, that she realized she needed to forgive her ex-husband.

We did a mindset exercise and she was able to let it go. Not condone his acts, but let go of the tight grip it had around her.

She got out of the mental prison she was keeping herself in.

Business results began to flow.

Quickly.

Because what we put out we get back.

In our podcast this week we discuss how to approach any situation with a miracle-ready mindset, so that you can experience the amazing joy of heart-felt connections, and escape egocentric conflict.

I hope it helps you re-discover a little more peace πŸ’™

And we’re back πŸ’ƒπŸ» New podcast episode!

With new equipment and being professionally produced!

Who ever would have thought this would happen?!

I love A Course in Miracles, and so I thought, “why not start a podcast about it?”

Thankfully Amy was on-board!

And so here we are!

Thank-you universe for always showing me a bigger plan then I ever could have imagined for myself πŸ’«πŸ’›

I’m always asking how to be shown how to give + receive love on a deeper level, and it’s always humbling as to what shows-up.

Whether it’s healing a relationship, or how to serve in my business in a deeper way.

I am grateful for all of it!

Remember to ask for what you really want deep down.

It might seem like “new clients”, but really it might be helping people in an inspired and empowering way that fits for you and your family.

And then pay attention to what ideas show-up!

It wasn’t even on my radar to have our podcast professionally produced.

Until I started listening to another spiritual podcast that I just love.

And then I thought, “why not us?”

And so I reached out.

And because of our extensive history, downloads, and content, they said yes!

This in thanks to you! Anytime you listened in that added a “click”!

Their answer would not have been a yes initially, and that’s why we are shown the exact steps at the exact right time.

Take inspired action on those brainstorms, that is how the universe communicates to you πŸ’›

In stage two kick off our podcast, One Simple Truth, we revisit the basics of the true purpose of A Course in Miracles.

It’s an ongoing journey, but we can all learn how to remove the obstacles preventing us from being miracle-minded πŸ™Œ

We hope you like the new look and feel!

School’s out for summer!

School is out for the summer here in San Diego! And we are ready!!

The end of school is always such a busy time of year right?

Helping the kids wrap-up the school year, going to sports banquets, AND in our son’s case copious amounts of baseball! He was finishing-up his sophomore year and was asked to help the varsity team for playoffs. It’s been an honour for him to be recognized in his efforts this year.

And the funny part?! They keep winning. and so they have their final game today, after school is out! Then it’s on to summer baseball 🀣

It’s also our 18-year wedding anniversary, and we are always lucky to fit in a quick dinner with the hectic nature of the school-end wrap-up.

This summer I’m excited to be writing my book, focusing on our new production partnership with our podcast, and supporting coaches wanting to grow their income.

Kid and schedule wise, this looks like most afternoons off, and enjoying lots of fun around town and at Lake Tahoe πŸ’™

And if you’re thinking about your summer if you’re not already there, how do you want it to look?

What is important to you work and family wise?

There is no right or wrong way, it’s whatever is in alignment with your goals in both areas.

And you absolutely can do both.

I remember a business coach I hired once telling me the summer and December are slow times for coaches. I believed it at first.

Until I started studying belief systems and realized it was exactly that. A belief. And a limiting one at that.

I went on to “surpass” the odds with experiencing record setting revenue in both the summer and December!

So tune in, be honest with yourself, and ask for what you really want.

The universe is there to support you ⭐️

Have a beautiful weekend,

That time I got a client from dancing…πŸ’ƒ

An oldie but a goodie…

This one is worth the repost alone because of the dancing 🀣 πŸ’ƒπŸ»

AND… it will help you “see” the clients who are already there for you!

Have a beautiful weekend and a long one for those of you also in the US!

Plus, if you’re a real estate agent, don’t miss my interview with Najla (see the PS section below).

***

I have been LOVING my weekly dance class! I decided to get crazy and post a video of me dancing online, and yep, I’m on tik tok now πŸ˜‚

It’s really what I’ve been waiting for – my love for dancing to coming together on social media!

All kidding aside – when was the last time you put something out there that showed people who you really are??

You can definitely critique my dance moves, but you won’t be able to criticize my for my courage for putting myself out there!

Here’s the thing… people will do business with you because of WHO you are! I am definitely not the only coach out there helping entrepreneurs grow their business, nor am I teaching new information really, BUT I do teach it a little differently because of WHO I am and my life experiences πŸ™‚

Like the one time (okay there have been several), where I got down at a school fundraiser and I mean really got down. Another Dad in town was actually launching me into somersaults in the air! It was epic and one of my finest dancing moments! I had THE best time dancing the night away under the stars with a group of parents πŸ™‚ So much so that I got to know one of the Moms as a result of dancing together that night, and she ended up becoming a beautifully inspired client ❀️

People do business with people they know, like and trust, just like you and I do.

So go on, share a part of you that helps other people really get to know you!

If I can survive this dance video πŸ‘‡ so can you πŸ™Œ

P.S. If you are in real estate be sure to tune into my interview with one of our featured coaches, Najla! Who just sold her first 6.25M house, has won the coveted 40-under-40 award, and recognized by Pacific Sotheby’s as one of the top 50 agents πŸ‘Š She shares her success tips and what makes her such a special agent ❀️ PLUS we also talk about how you can work with her in a coaching capacity, and the amazing resource she is giving away for growth-centered agents! Settling for less is easier…

My husband and I were having coffee the other morning, and we were talking about how hard of a time people have with change.

He sputtered out this one during our convo:

Tolerating mediocrity is easier than making change.

It’s such goodness that he’s been using it all week with his own teams at work.

It all goes back to being willing to be uncomfortable.

Change is hard because it means letting go of something that makes us comfortable.

But our growth lies on the other side.

Most people will avoid this work like the plague.

Letting go of thoughts no longer serving us that will take us to our next level is tough.

We’ve gotten comfortable. We’ve also built a whole life (including our professions) around this way of operating.

For example, needing to set boundaries with someone personally or professionally is uncomfortable.

But it is likely what is needed in order for you to take a stand for your time and energy, and what will make you a stronger thought leader.

It means letting go of people pleasing and being okay with disappointing others.

That is the uncomfortable part.

It’s like setting a boundary with our kids. Teenagers love to push our buttons, but we have to stick to the limits we outline in order to create high functioning adults, as least that’s the hope 

But they come in swinging and rebelling against our rules.

We are no different.

So take a look at what it is for you.

What change are you avoiding?

Take a small step toward this change, and watch how even the smallest step creates a powerful momentum. It’s liberating to become empowered.

Have a beautiful weekend,

~ Your Coach, Chris xox

P.S. I am doing an Instagram live with one of our featured coaches this week! If you are a real estate agent you won’t want to miss it! Najla increased her income by 800% in one year, won the coveted 40-under-40 award in San Diego, and continues to defy the odds with also being acknowledged as one of Sotheby’s top 50 agents last quarter! She is going to share some valuable tips and tricks! Join us Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 10 am pacific.

I can’t do it alone… will you join me? πŸ™

I’m writing a book and I want to do it alcohol free! Why you might ask?

Well, I did a 6-week healthy habits challenge at the beginning of this year, where I did no alcohol + no sugar + no gluten while doing regular targeted workouts.

And… while I’m not one for extremes, I felt ah-mazing!!

So clear and focused.

And it’s not that I was drinking a ton, but sometimes just 1 glass of wine can give me the biggest headache… not to mention waking-up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep… Ladies am I right?!

3 am podcast anyone? πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Which doesn’t always lead to making the best food choices if I’m tired and not necessarily hungover.

I’ve been hearing a lot lately about writing a book alcohol free, and “funny” enough I was right smack in the middle of this challenge when I wrote my book proposal!

I was creative + clear, had the BEST sleep and the BIGGEST revelations!

And I didn’t completely hide out either. I still had date nights, and saw friends. It actually ignited some pretty cool conversations around it.

And so I want to do it again.

But what I’ve realized is having support AND accountability is everything in our success.

So I literally just thought yesterday morning while doing yoga, “I’m going to do a challenge with my own community.”

And I’d like to invite you to do this. Together.

For the next 11 weeks, starting this Monday, May 16th and bringing us to August 1st, the deadline for handing in my manuscript!

I started last Monday and I’m already feeling great! Let’s do this.

The purpose of this challenge being:

πŸ”΅ taking a breather from alcohol to see how it impacts you

πŸ”΅ letting go of it’s hold over you socially (and maybe other times during the week)

πŸ”΅ a post covid cleanse – excessive drinking went up 21% during the pandemic

πŸ”΅ decreased anxiety & doubt (this one is worth it alone)

πŸ”΅ increased your clarity, connection, and quality of sleep – imagine the ripple effects…

πŸ”΅ it’s as empowering as f*&k to take a stand for something

Join us – we start Monday!

The challenge will include:

πŸ‘Š Weekly motivation to kick off each week including powerful belief exercises so that you’re set-up for success!

πŸ‘Š New tools for stress relief,

πŸ‘Š Virgin cocktail ideas, how to handle FOMO, and more!

πŸ‘Š A pop-up facebook group to have camaraderie and accountability. Having support is everything when we’re making a change.

πŸ€” Why am I charging for it? Because having a little skin in the game will get you motivated. We’re working with human nature but not breaking the bank (only 22 cents a day).

Plus you’re getting some pretty cool motivational tools & support.

And even though I’m running the challenge, I’m also participating in it! So I will be donating my $17 to a local charity 😍

I’m excited for those of you wanting to join me! Even if a little begrudgingly… I’ve got you.

Love,

~ Your Coach, Chris xox
